MLG
The MLG series is a dry linear guide designed with self-lubricating materials, featuring self-lubricating and low-friction motion characteristics, enabling stable operation without lubricating oil.
The rail is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a special wear-resistant surface treatment. Its corrosion-resistant design allows long-term operation in harsh conditions, humid environments, and even underwater applications without rusting.
The MLG Series is specifically developed for oil-free, non-magnetic, low-noise, and lightweight applications and special environmental applications.
It serves as an excellent alternative to traditional ball-type linear guides in specific environments where lubrication, noise, corrosion, or magnetic interference is a concern.
Installation dimensions are compatible with mainstream ball-type linear guide series, such as:
HIWIN HGL Series, PMI MSB Series, and THK HSR / SHS Series,
It easy to integrate into existing equipment designs.

The MLG linear guide is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and self-lubricating materials.
The guide rail undergoes a special wear-resistant surface treatment and features an anti-rust design, making it highly resistant to moisture, humidity, and corrosive environments.
It can operate reliably in harsh conditions, high-humidity environments, and even underwater applications without rusting.
The MLG features an aluminum alloy rail body. Compared to traditional steel linear guide rails, it significantly reduces overall weight.
This lightweight design is ideal for equipment requiring frequent handling or movement, while also reducing system load and energy consumption, contributing to energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
MLG adopts a self-lubricating sliding interface, enabling smooth operation without the need for lubrication oil.
No periodic oiling or maintenance is required, eliminating issues such as oil contamination, oil dripping, and maintenance downtime.
For specific applications, lubrication can be optionally added to further enhance smoothness if required.
The MLG series is a dry linear guide featuring a unique self-lubricating interface.
It operates without lubrication oil, and the carriage contains no rolling bearings, ensuring zero oil mist generation.
This makes it particularly suitable for oil-free and no oil mist environments such as medical equipment, chemical processing, optical systems, and semiconductor-related applications.
Lubrication can also be applied when required to achieve even smoother motion performance.
The special self-lubricating interface effectively reduces friction-generated noise during operation.
Its low-friction characteristics ensure smooth and quiet motion, making it ideal for noise-sensitive applications.
The MLG is primarily made of aluminum, engineering plastics, and stainless steel, without the use of low-carbon or medium-carbon steel.
It is suitable for applications requiring low magnetic interference or non-magnetic environments.
Traditional ball-type linear guides use recirculating steel balls, which may fall out during disassembly or replacement.
The MLG carriage features a simple assembly design that allows repeated disassembly and replacement without component loss, ensuring easy installation and interchangeability.
The unique patented M-shaped structure uses optimized geometry to distribute external loads into multiple force directions, converting vertical loads into lateral forces to improve roll moment stiffness.
The patented rail and carriage assembly design significantly reduces static friction during start-up, minimizing the suction effect and eliminating stick-slip behavior, resulting in smooth and stable linear motion.
Thanks to high-quality self-lubricating materials, the MLG supports continuous operation at temperatures up to 90°C, meeting the requirements of special processing environments.
(Maximum short-term temperature must not exceed 120°C.)
