1.What is the difference between TPS track roller guide rail and linear guide rail ?

TPS track guide rail is used for linear moving conditions. It is light in weight, no maintenance, no lubrication ,the surface is clean and oil-free . It is suitable for environments with cleanliness requirements. TPS has good weather resistance, corrosion resistance, rust proof and anti-dust.

TPS is suitable for painting, woodworking machines, in dusty environments, the TPS track is light in weight, easy to carry, and the sliders are easy to replace.

Linear guide rails are used in high-precision and high-load conditions, but the rails will rust and require regular oiling and maintenance. The rails and sliders are heavy and difficult to handle. Skills are required to replace the rail blocks.

2.What is the difference between TPS track roller guide rail and linear bearning ?

When the linear bearing is used alone, the slider will rotate because the shaft center is round. TPS has no slider rotation. 

3.Customized service?

TPS series track roller guide rail and HCP series manual clamp for linear guide could be customized services. For optical guide rail equipment, black can be made to order. The length of TPS series guide rails can be mass-produced with customized length specifications.
