The HCP manual clamping block is ideal for semi-automated linear brake applications, mechanical braking without power sources, XY-axis linear rail stopping and repeat positioning, as well as DIY linear motion systems. It also supports adjustable-size setups for custom equipment requiring flexible rail braking solutions.

The HCP Manual Clamping Block is designed to fit standard linear motion systems, including both high-assembly and low-assembly ball-type linear guide blocks from size 15 to 45, such as common CG and HG series configurations.
When required, HCP can be combined with an AP adapter plate to match different linear guide configurations.
The HCP clamp body is optimized to support both high-assembly and low-assembly linear guide blocks of the same nominal size, such as HIWIN HGH and HGL configurations. For most HCP sizes, the same clamp body can be used with both block heights without requiring an additional adapter plate.
Only HCP15, HCP35, and HCP45 require an AP adapter plate for specific configurations. This design helps simplify installation and reduce additional component.
The HCP contact surface assembled with clamp head mechanical structure are ground, the user can get better flatness.
