The TPS Series is a roller-based linear guide rail system designed for smooth, reliable, and low-maintenance linear motion in industrial machinery and automation equipment.
Unlike conventional ball-type linear guides that use a recirculating steel-ball mechanism, TPS uses an integrated roller design with a patented dual shear-load block structure to provide smooth, quiet, and stable movement with low friction. Because the rollers are retained within the block, the TPS block can be removed and reinstalled without loose bearing balls falling out. This simplifies machine assembly, maintenance, block replacement, and applications that require repeated removal of the moving block.
The TPS Series is suitable not only for dusty, metal-chip, humid, or corrosion-prone environments, but also for general-purpose automation equipment, dedicated machinery, production systems, and custom machine designs where easy installation and low maintenance are important.
Stainless steel linear guides are commonly used in humid, wet, or corrosion-prone environments. TPS uses an anodized aluminum alloy rail body combined with hardened, hard-chrome-plated steel guide shafts to improve corrosion resistance and help delay rust formation in humid, splash-water, high-humidity, and corrosive industrial environments. For applications that require improved rust resistance but do not necessarily need a fully stainless steel linear guide system, TPS provides a practical corrosion-resistant alternative.
The hard-chrome-plated guide shaft has also been evaluated through salt spray testing to verify its corrosion-resistant performance, providing additional support for applications where moisture and corrosion may affect the service life of conventional steel linear guides.
Its lightweight aluminum rail construction makes TPS easy to handle and integrate into machinery. TPS can also be combined with ball screws, timing belts, pneumatic mechanisms, or manual positioning systems for a wide range of linear motion applications.
