TPS linear guide rail use rollers to move, no maintenance, no lubrication, the surface is clean and oil-free, it's also can be lubricated in different situations, and TPS can assembly on difficult to maintain machine part, clean room, or food processing.
The main material of TPS track guide rail is anodized aluminum alloy, and chrome-plated steel shaft , which has good corrosion resistance.

TPS blocks is easy to assemble and interchangeable. It can be removed and repeatedly pulled out, without falling bearning steel balls, it is suitable for special situations where the track roller blocks changed frequently, such as electroplating or acid pickling environments.
The main material of TPS is aluminum body and installed steel shaft , which is lighter than steel linear guide rails and linear bearings. Assembler can easily carry the TPS rail. The lighter linear guideway block moves, resulting in a smaller moment of inertia. Using TPS can reduce the total weight of the machine compared to steel linear guide rails.
